Exciting Times

In September we wrapped up the baseball season by going to the last home game of the Padres! They were playing the Arizona Diamondbacks. This was one of the funnest games I've been to all season! the Padres played so well! They ended up winning 12-2. Crazy! There were home runs, balks, steals, and the charge cheer which I love! Logan and I had a blast and we are sad it's over! When the season ended we didn't know what we were going to do with ourselves! Then we found other fun things to do!

You can't see him very well, but that is Chase Headly

Every Tuesday a different museum at Balboa Park is free for San Diego residents. We were able to attend the San Diego Natural History Museum. It was pretty cool. There were some bones and replicas of dinosaurs and other animals. There were some movies they were playing in 3D about mammoths and dinosaurs. They were pretty cool! They had an exhibit on mammoths and mastodons. There they a replica of Lyuba, who was a baby mammoth that they found. I'm a big fan of elephants and so I thought the exhibit was interesting and pretty sweet.

We have fun cards to Sea World and we like to go for the rides and see the animals! This last week we went and since it is Halloween season some of the shows changed so we were excited to see them. We felt the rush of manta, which is a ride called Manta. The animals were really active that day. We saw a polar bear go fishing and that was really cool! I've never seen anything like it. We saw the Spooky Adventures of Seymour and Clyde it was cheesy but it was funny.

Life in San Diego is pretty fun and we are really enjoying it. Truth be told I'm ready to go back to school and having something productive to do everyday.
