Valentine's Day

Yes, Valentine's Day was last month but Logan and I finally finished it! On Valentine's Day we had lots of fun! We went to dinner and a movie. Logan surprised me with balloons and chocolate and scarves! He gave me a stuffed puppy because I want to have a real puppy. That's the best I can have for right now. It was pretty sweet!

For Logan, I decided that I would surprise him with tickets to a Jazz v. Clipper game and on the next day a BYU men's volleyball game. A sports filled weekend in Utah! To support our favorite player Blake Griffin, I got Logan a shirt! The only thing about the games was that it was all happening in March. So we had something to look forward to.
Well it is finally March! Logan was finally able to enjoy his present! On the 14th was the Clippers game and I was really excited because it this was going to be my first NBA game! Logan was excited as well and said that he was going to be secretly rooting for the Jazz. I was openly rooting for the Clippers. It was really fun to see Blake Griffin play. Our seats were really high up but we still were able to see the court. The Clippers pulled out a win and that was exciting for me!

The next day we had a while until the volleyball game so we roamed around Utah looking for things to do. We went through Cabela's, that store is amazing! There were so many things to there that it entertained us for awhile.  BYU won in three against UCSD. We roamed around campus and found the Marriott. Some nice students allowed us in, even though there was an event going on. They told us that we should go watch, because it was the National Amateur Championships of Ballroom dancing. That was pretty cool to watch. We saw some couple and team dances. All the dancers were really tall and slim. They also had on some intense makeup on. Their faces were pretty much orange. We met up with Sage (my niece) and she showed us around the Library. BYU is way bigger than BYU-I. In fact, BYU-I is tiny compared to it.
It was a fun weekend and we hope that we will be able to go to some games!
